PT. Mirana Nusantara Indonesia  is a fully licensed Crew Manning / Crewing Agency in Indonesia that employs highly competent and professional crew members to work in well-known international bulk container, general cargo, fishing vessel/trawler, supply vessel, oil/chemical tanker, RoRo, crew boat, tug boat & offshore and passenger vessel companies throughout the world.

We are capable to recruit and deploy approximately 100 to 250 crew members per month, per client, ranging from ratings and officers, from deck, engine, and hotel crew members.

What we do ?

We recruit prospective crews to be placed in various positions from rating to officer to be placed on various fishing ships and merchant ships. We have many candidates for deck and engine dept, etc.

We’re doing a very strict selection of candidates for the crew to make sure that the crew we’re raising has work skills that match the standards of the employers’ company and they have a good attitude.
